We are looking for reliable couriers and delivery drivers for our team.
Workplace
Kitzingen, Bayern
- approx. 20 min from Würzburg
- approx. 35 min from Schweinfurt
- approx. 1 hour from Nuremberg
Requirements
- EU passport or EU ID card
- EU driving licence
We also hire drivers from Spain, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary and help you get started in Germany.
Pay
€16.20 gross per hour
- On average about 173 working hours per month
- At 173 hours that is €2,802.60 gross
- In German tax class 1 that is about €1,950 net
The actual number of hours can vary. Some months have more hours, others fewer.
Additional daily allowance
With at least average performance you additionally receive:
- €14 net per working day
- With an average number of hours that is about €295 net extra per month
With at least average performance and no accident you can reach about €2,250 net per month in German tax class 1. Performance is rated every week using a system with 5 categories. If you are in one of the two lowest categories, no daily allowance is paid for that week.
Your contractually agreed wage is always paid.
Bonus for top performance
Very good performance earns additional bonuses.
In the “Fantastic Plus” category (category 1) the company receives a bonus. If you are in the top category as well, you get an extra €50 bonus per week.
Referral bonus
If you refer someone for a job with us and that person starts and works with us for at least 1 month, you receive an additional bonus of €100.
The bonus is paid for every referred person who starts and stays at least one month.
Paid onboarding
You get fully paid onboarding:
- Day 1: theory training
- Days 2 and 3: practical training with an experienced driver
This way you are trained step by step and get to know the work directly in practice.
Shifts
- Routes start in the late morning
- You work either from 11:00 to 20:00 or from 12:00 to 21:00
- No split shifts, no early shifts
Working time
You record the start and end of your working time yourself.
Working time is recorded to the minute, so the time you actually work is documented exactly.
Vacation and contract
- 20 days of paid vacation per year
- The contract is initially limited to 1 year
- 6 months probation period
Housing
If you need housing, it can be organised through an external partner.
The housing is organisationally independent of the job.
Conditions
- €470 per month
- Electricity included
- Maximum 2 people per room
- €200 one-time deposit
- The deposit is refunded when the housing is handed over properly
- Only 1 month notice period for the housing
To make the start financially easier, we are happy to grant a salary advance in the first two months. So you do not have to pay the costs upfront.
You transfer the rent yourself by online bank transfer to the external landlord.
Getting to work
Ideally you have your own car.
If you do not have your own car at the beginning, there are several options:
- Colleagues can give you a ride. How you share the costs is up to you.
- As a starting aid we can provide a van just for the trip to work and back if needed.
- The cost is €100 per person per month.
