3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version and operating system. This data is processed solely to ensure trouble-free operation, to defend against attacks and to analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are normally deleted after 30 days at the latest. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and Vercel's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

5. Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tag managers). No profiling takes place. The fonts used are served locally from our server; no connections to Google Fonts or other font services are established. Videos and images are likewise delivered directly from our server without embedding external video platforms.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply; we retain business correspondence for up to ten years under Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO).

We offer contact via WhatsApp. If you use the WhatsApp link, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp app or website. 10. Recipients and disclosure

Your personal data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the performance of a contract, you have consented, a legal obligation exists or a legitimate interest applies. In particular, we use our hosting provider Vercel as a processor. Your data is never sold.

11. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. After that, the data is routinely deleted or anonymised.
